We’re open

We’re excited to announce that our clinic is now open and accepting patient appointments!

To meet our commitment to patient safety, we’ve changed our booking procedures to include pre-screening questions and staggered appointments to maintain physical distancing in our clinic. We ask patients to help us maintain a healthy and safe environment in our clinic by answering pre-screening questions truthfully and being aware of the new procedures in the clinic:

1. Please arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment time to help eliminate people waiting in the reception area.
2. You must sanitize their hands immediately upon entering the clinic and when leaving treatment rooms. While you’re free to bring you own sanitizer, rest assured that dispensers are available when you walk in the front door and in each treatment room.
3. You’re not required nor expected to wear a mask but are fee to do so. Dr Les and Dr Ian must wear a mask and will do so while interacting with patients.
4. Our front reception desk has been outfitted with Plexiglass screens, which are enabled to facilitate tap payment right.

Remember, if you’ve experienced a fever, cough, runny nose, or difficulty breathing in the last two weeks, we must know prior to booking.
